Just a little bit about the liiht staff and how it came about
The liiht concept was conceived by a rather nice bloke called Mark Russell who, having run his own recruitement business, realised what a pain in the proverbial the entire process can be.
He decided it was time that it was brought into the 21st century and managed to fool someone (who will be known as "the developer") into spending all his free time writing this website based on some rather dodgy scribbles on the back of a fag packet.
Somehow, probably more by luck than anything else, the site you are now looking at emerged. Staggering really, but none the less a pretty accurate description......The rest, as they say, is history.
